Apart from his football achievements at Texas A&M University, Wright is a standout academic with a degree in University Studies of Architecture and double minors in Business & Leadership in Design and Construction. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Land and Property Development, he seamlessly combines athletic prowess with academic excellence.
From being the Special Teams Newcomer of the Year in 2018 to becoming the Special Teams Most Valuable Player in 2019 and Team Captain in 2022, Wright’s football journey showcases his resilience. Under Coach Jimbo Fisher’s guidance, he transitioned from Defensive End to Tight End, earning him numerous prestigious awards, including the coveted Aggie Heart Award.
